Reservation Requirements & Policies
Thank you for your reservation! Please review the following requirements and policies to ensure a smooth rental experience.
Driver's License Requirements
- Please send a copy of the driver's license (DL) for all drivers who will be operating the vehicle.
- The first two (2) drivers are included at no additional cost.
- Any additional drivers beyond the first two will incur a fee of $50.00 per driver.
Insurance Requirements
- Proof of insurance is required, similar to the requirements when renting a car.
- If you do not have qualifying insurance coverage, you may purchase insurance through Cartwheel for $52.00 per day.
Post-Reservation Rental Agreement Form
- Please download, review, and sign the required rental agreement form below.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your reservation or check out before your scheduled departure date, please note that you will remain responsible for the full cost of your reservation.
